Chickees since 1955. Our thatched roofs last between
6-10 years in Florida. Using the highest quality of
materials and workmanship. We build the best Tiki

All huts, chickees & bars are thatched with natural Sable Palm fronds grown in Florida. We have no control over natural, dormant powder puff beatles or other hidden insects. Due to the weather changes with global warming, we highly recommend when your thatched roof dries out and turns brown, that you have a professional company spray your hut with a pesticide & mold resistant product.

several general contractors for high end custom Tiki work.
We can build anything you want. One of our general
contractors has traveled all over the world, builds the
Island, South American Huts, Japanese, Mexician &
Caribbean style tiki bars that close up with all the bells
& whistles inside. He uses a computer that shows you what
your hut or bar will look like before it's built. His wife
is his partner & interior designer from Spain to add those
special touches.

All Tiki Huts are built with pressure treated wood.
All Chickees are made with freshly cut Cypress. We
can turn your backyard into a "Tropical Paradise".

Authentic Seminole Chickees don't
require building permits but must meet with your county
codes; set backs, etc. We work with multiple top Seminole
Chickee builders from 4 reservations.
Bobby Henry also known as "Rainmaker" is a third
generation Traditional Seminole Medicine Man from the
Otter clan. He's been building Chickees for over 50 years.
He custom build's your hut using the highest quality of
materials & workmanship. He's considered the best & master
chickee builder from the Seminole tribe of Florida. He
builds our celebrity clients with traditonal ground
blessing ceremony in the four directions before your
Chickee is built.

It's the homeowner's & commercial jobs responsibility to pull permits, zoning permits, apply for variances & comply with county codes, setbacks, etc. Please contact your county inspector's office about your building codes and permit requirements. Our GC's can pull permits that requires stamped architecture drawings, site plans, etc. We will work with your GC or builder to build your Island dream paradise.
We do not sell Tiki Hut or Tiki Bar Kits. All
Bars, Huts & Chickees are built onsite. Will build Bars
that fit on a trailer for out-of-state customers, frame
roof & thatch onsite.
We also sell an environmentally safe, water based
fire retardant made for Thatched Roofs with a Class A
rating, that's also mold resistant & wood eating insects.
